- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- In the event of cancellation your deposit will be refunded, less any costs incurred, if your booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to your arrival date. [If less than 14 days notice is given, your deposit will be refunded if we are able to relet the accommodation].

The Bower is located on the South East Coast of Australia
on what is increasingly being recognised as the "Eurobodalla Nature
Coast" of NSW, for its natural environment and wildlife. It is situated
midway between the coastal country township of Moruya and the popular
fishing and holiday resort town of Batemans Bay, one of the most popular
holiday resort towns on the South Coast of New South Wales.
Broulee the "village by the sea" is nestled between 2 surfing
beaches separated by the isthmus to Broulee Island, which is dedicated
as a nature reserve, to preserve its fauna, flora and the remnants of
the original Broulee settlement. A brief history of Broulee the 'Village
by the Sea' is available. Broulee is also very close to a range of well
known beaches including Barlings Beach, Malua Bay, Surf Beach with popular
surfing spots such as Pink Rocks accessible from Broulee Island.
