The Bower at Broulee is a natural wonderland set amongst the Australian bushland...Eco accommodation with a touch of style', The Bower at Broulee provides luxury facilities, yet is set amongst more than 100 acres of natural bushland adjoining the Illawong Nature Reserve and linking freshwater & tidal wetlands. The Bower provides a secluded and natural retreat in a very special holiday destination offering absolute privacy to our guests.
Accessible to the major tourist attractions of the Nature Coast; beautiful beaches, sub-tropical rainforests, Broulee Island, Mogo Zoo, the Murramarang and Montague Island National Parks wilderness areas which provide sanctuary for whales, native birds and other wildlife.
The Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Gardens is a showcase for the local vegetation communities and has been lovingly developed by a small army of volunteers. The site abounds with a wide variety of flora and fauna including many of the 2000 species of plants, trees and shrubs of the region. There are kangaroos, wallabies, bandicoots, possums, echidnas, snakes, lizards, frogs and many birds. Sea Kayaking at Durras is highly recommended as a way to explore the the natural and ancient cultural treasures of the NSW South Coast.
The Bower is ideal for bushwalking, birding [or as a base camp for anything from] sea-kayaking to horseback riding [from nearby properties, to the beach] or simply browsing the local craft shops & art galleries.

We couldn't have had a better time and enjoyed it more than we did. The walks, wildlife and "The Bower" are unforgettable! Chatswood Kylie & Murray Bushland, Parrots, Possums, The Zoo, Fire, Spa, Dishwasher & Solitude … Absolutely beautiful. Thanks to Sue for her warm welcome & Panda for her visit.
